  • We took our trailer in for repair. Paid the diagnostic fee. We were given a date when it would be looked at, when it should be done. Several days later, not even looked at yet. We were pretty frustrated by then, thought we were getting the runaround. Long story short, some miscommunication happened within the shop. However, things were quickly rectified. Our trailer was fixed; work done above and beyond what we expected. All was made right, and we appreciate that the owner and employees worked together to do this!
